Beating the Rain

A late afternoon zoom (for Meg at least!) around the field at Bailey Bridge, just in time as the promised rain started as we got back to town.   It wasn't as cold as it looks ... well not quite!

A busy sort of day.   Assorted necessary stuff, including a shopping trip on my bike, meant I didn't go into work this morning as I'd planned.   I did get a couple of hours done later and am now ready for the satisfying bit where I get to roller emulsion onto the walls which will give the room a more 'finished' look.    We fitted in a bit of gardening before tea too and will now look online at options for veg seeds to grow in Jamie's raised bed.
