Laziness

The passenger in this van has just dumped his empty McDonalds bag and his still smouldering cigarette butt on the pavement; because he's too darn lazy to take his rubbish to a bin. The McDonalds is on the left, a Sainsbury's to the right, plenty of bins around. Or he could take his rubbish home and dispose of it in his own bin. But no, he chooses to litter instead.
