It has been another mostly pleasant and sunny day out. We were both a bit sore and stiff after our long walk yesterday (My Fitbit tells me I did 17,254 steps),  so have only done a short one round the block to get some fresh air after spending most of the day cleaning the house! This flowering red currant is actually in my neighbour’s garden but a large branch is now growing on our side. I hate the smell of it but think the flowers are really pretty.
