Cromford Canal

We walked the towpath from Ambergate passed Whatstandwell but turned heel after we reached this house. We always admire how the owners have tidied it up over the years. Most of the canal is in woodland but their is the odd house every so often. The pair of swans were seen near where they always build their nest on the towpath, although they haven't started building yet.
