Day 367 Maintaining social distancing

Usually when the pigeon calls for food he (or she) manages to hide behind either a garden chair or some foliage but today he strutted out right across the lawn and so I managed to capture him mid stride.  There were actually a pair, but the other one was too far up the garden for a decentish shot.
In other news:  Over the last couple of days I've tried a couple of the exercise sessions which are free from Versus Arthritis and am pleased to say that they have had a positive effect.  I'm not saying that I could go for a proper walk but I'm less stiff and pain has eased quite a bit . Yay!
