A sorry tale re the X100F - coming up for 4 years old and it is stuck in F2 (some evidence on t'internet that this has been a common occurrence with earlier models, less so with the F).  Anyway, the fixed price, all-in Fuji repair, regardless of actual cost, is £155 and I am guessing this could be expensive.  Comes back with a 12 month guarantee for the whole camera - the upgrade to the X100V has just slipped a while :-(
