There's so much brushwood from the olive prunings that we're going to have to have some bonfires. Jaime (father of the lad who keeps our plants watered when we're away) has been cutting out the thicker firewood (lenha) and told me that if I don't bring it nearer the house then the gypsies will take it........ as I already stopped one of them doing just that a few weeks ago I took his advice and brought down the more distant heaps.
