Magnolia

This is the first magnolia I have seen in flower this year. What a beautifully detailed flower it is.

I have visited Morrisons today and bought several new plants including pansies, saxifrage, hollyhocks, clematis. I am impressed with their selection.

Louie saw his consultant this morning and will be seen again later on in the year to check his progress. Always a worrying time going for a hospital visit I think.

I had another chat with young neighbour Harry today and he showed me all the frogspawn in the pool. I think there will be a lot of baby frogs around!
