A year of light and dark

A lot of reflection today, 12 months on from the first pandemic lockdown.

At work, as we continue to all work from home, we marked it alone, but thinking especially of colleagues who've been particularly affected.

At home, we lit a candle and thought about how our lives have changed in ways we didn't imagine.

In the garden, these rather fancy daffodils are now in flower, proving again, that nature provides, in this case a little inspiration and light on a day that needed it.
