What would Queen Victoria think?

L3 Day 95 Went with A friend on the train to Waterloo and then cycled home. Empty train, very few at Waterloo and so few people in central London, far fewer than in Richmond, Twickenham and Teddington. No tourists and nothing open, not even cafes, so Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square empty and no one outside Buckingham Palace. Not much traffic and there are more cycle lanes than a year ago! The blip is of the Queen Victoria Memorial outside Buckingham Palace. Amazing to get a photo with no one else in it at 11am! The extra is in Covent Garden....there would be more people on. Christmas Day I’m sure.
