6AM ON THE CANAL.

I have posted this image before, but it is where I see the sunrise, and it is a different day. Up at 5.30am on a very windy and cold morning. Did not see much this morning, but did get Mrs Swan on her nest.  Love this pair of swans that I have followed for over seven years.
Just in from the Physio, and she could not believe the swelling in my knee, she is certain it is to do with my back, and that I am not walking probably. Got some treatment and some exercises to do and back on the 9th Apr.
Really tired now after the early start, so  may just sprinkle stars and hearts tonight.
