Yet another .....

...... Birthday gift!

On Sunday I was given a belated birthday gift, and these selection of books were in it too. 2 authors I've read before ( not these tho') and 2 are new to me. I'm so pleased with such thoughtful books as I'm reading my last one and would soon be searching for more.
Today, tho' I needed it to be quiet, was busy too.
# washing , the first time I've put it outside this year . Must say its not completely dry!
# household chores , vacuuming and general cleaning
# shopping , lovely guy at the checkout, really concerned about me putting the bag into the car. But I was ok and reassured him.
# watered some plant , absolutely crying out for a drink, then replaced my flowers.
# spot of lunch and wanted to do the ironing , not so I'm afraid that's got to wait until it's dry.
No more news , so will just hope you've all had a safe and enjoyable day.
