I did a grueling hour on the turbo trainer again, followed by some vinyl listening.

I then watched Nomadland. A somewhat depressing and slow film where not much really happens. It is on the other hand very well filmed, acted and very heart felt.

It certainly highlights some of the issues going on in America and the rest of the world. I like a film that questions life and our own little journey in amongst the rest of society, this film certainly brings that to you.

Frances McDormand is an incredible actor and she can bring realism to a character which makes you feel you are watching a documentary about that person.
