Have you finished yet?

Poor Rufus. Not only does he hate running with me (on the lead at least) but today he had to endure coming to the running shop. Unlike many of the other shops we visit together there are no dog biscuits on offer. He gets lots of attention but that means nothing to him without food.

It's a great shop run by a couple of very friendly helpful guys, so there is always an excuse to linger and chew the fat about running. I also got some great new kit. So I had a great time even if Rufus couldn't wait to go home to his bed!
