Lantic

At last... a chance to show those pesky New Zealanders what a proper beach looks like! :-) This is Lantic Bay on the south coast of Cornwall. Fowey is just around the nearest headland. A few people sail round to this beach which must be a lovely thing to do - most (like us) have to go down, and back up, a very steep cliff path.

Another lovely day today. I took my first swim in the sea this year (no wet suit) though I must admit I wasn't in for long. The sea round these parts is pretty cold.

We're down in Cornwall at Sara's dad's place for the next few days. Hoping the weather will hold but I'm not confident... the forecast is for rain :-(
