Nick comes for tea. The heart is delicious, accompanied by creamed potatoes and red kale. (In my opinion, red kale sits somewhere between curly ‘kale is for kine’ kale and black ‘cabbage nero’ kale. Sweet, soft, and succulent. Also red.)

We talk to the Bannerman. We drink Ballantine’s. We eat cheese. And Lindor mini eggs.
