A treat

I had a dental appointment today for a check-up. My dentist L is on maternity leave, so I saw the young lady providing her cover.   Everything was ok, so I was speedily in and out this time.  L is normally quite chatty so we take longer :0) 

We headed up to the pet shop for a new bed for Amber, looking for something more robust. She keeps dragging her bed round the house which does considerable damage to it, but not to anything else.

We passed a Costa coffee shop on the way back to the car and I couldn’t resist the temptation of their cakes. Two muffins and two pieces of rocky road in my bag and we headed home. I have an app so they were paid for using my points. 

The last time I had a Costa coffee and cake was February last year at Newark station on my way to London and at Kings Cross Station travelling home, having met up with A and the children to visit the Science Museum .......oh happy days :0)))
