A Dog's Paradise

To run without a
leash, to play in water must
be a dog's heaven!

I was late getting down to the river today. It was lunch time before I was out there with my camera.

Wonderful sunshine and blue sky today. The Rivers Trail on Schubert Drive was very busy with joggers, cyclists, even a roller skater today. I scrambled down to the paths below the trail to get some quiet time. The dog walkers were most evident on the river's beach. Dogs were romping off-leash looking very happy. 

I pinned my third "I Found A Quilted Heart to a shrub before I headed back to my vehicle. 

I need a pot of soup and some meatballs today.
