Blossom

Got various bits of paperwork sorted out first thing this morning having put them off for some days.

Later I met up with P to work on uncovering some recently discovered stone steps at the back of the parish hall. The steps are well worn and seem to date from the Victorian (or earlier) gardens that existed here previously. P and I are going to see what we can find. It was good to be working outdoors with someone else for a few hours. I'm looking forward to doing it again soon.

It was a cool, grey day but the blossom on this tree stood out as I walked past the park on the way home.
