Structure

As I was driving back from Federal Hill the sky completely cleared. I've always had a thing for concrete parking structures -- the soothing patterns and rhythms of them are in stark contrast to the fact they're designed for gross utility (and I do mean that in the size sense). Anyway, I pulled over in four o'clock traffic and this is what I saw. And I got honked at for doing so.
