Spurred on, belatedly, by an adverse comment, now deleted, on my 2nd Jan 21 blip, I did some checking and found this plaque on the back wall of the structure in question.  So, it was built in the reign of Charles 1 ( whatever happened to him?), and is thus not Victorian.
