Curtain of Pussy Willow

We took ourselves off for a run round the Dalby Park Run Course. Both of us were a little quicker this week. Then drove to Malton to pick up more DIY materials before heading home for a coffee and a soothing soak in the bath.

This afternoon it was a local walk from home. Spotted this pollen bedecked Pussy Willow tree. The bees were certainly enjoying visiting it. 

Youngest son is having back problems ( always a worry). He consulted a physio who told him his core was weak and needed work to strengthen it. Good to know it is nothing more than a bit of Pilates can’t resolve.
