Different day, different brew

Spoiled for choice. Training with my trainer on her roof terrace, a bit drizzly today. Then a massage and home to study - slowly but surely. And a good chat with a couple of friends including how we as managers and teachers need to continue to lead, motivate etc when we are not always in a good headspace ourselves. While I'm lucky to be teaching adults, not children or teens, they are not always the easiest either. And my friend is managing people, with a very unsupportive, old-fashioned manager with completely different cultural values. It's challenging.
