Wasdale (Day 2130)

The plan for this morning was to get on with a bit more at the house re-furb in Holm. I started off with squeezing myself in behind a kitchen unit to move some heating pipes so they run along the back of an alcove rather than across the front of it. It would have been a lot easier to wait until the kitchen is out, but the customer was keen to get them moved sooner.
While moving the pipes I was told that I would need to find somewhere else to park my van, as scaffolders would be arriving, and my van was in the way. As I was rapidly running out of things to do while I wait for stuff to arrive and for other trades to finish stuff, I decided that my van was best parked at home.
I arrived home.at lunchtime, and while I waited for my beautiful wife to return from hossing, I gave the lawn its first cut of the year.
HV and I took the woofers a wander at Wasdale for a bit of a change before heading to Stromness to bring the horses in to the yard ahead of forecast poor weather.
