cobble stones town

The streets of Bruges are not paved with gold ,but for 99% with cobblestones . Cycling on cobblestones is a shaking business .
This view here is taken on the central market square .  Towards the St. Amands street  This narrow street between the historic buildings as seen here needs a renewed pavement . And yes ,it will be cobblestones  again ,and again. Because of it's historic value . ! I think it would be better if they would  remake all the roads in this town into mud roads . That's a real historic option ....
