Dawn at Folhammar

This is a rare moment for me.  I prefer to sleep in the morning.  But today I made an exception.  The weather forecast indicated clear sky and the excellent app PhotoPills told me the sun would rise at 05:39 on my favourite location from yesterday. It also told me in which direction to point the lens.

Was it worth the effort? Yes, indeed, it was a fantastic experience.  I’ve checked the weather forecast for tomorrow.  Heavy clouds, no sun – I’ll get a full night’s sleep.
