Pasque flower

There is little colour in the garden at the moment but this little beauty has appeared next to the patio and always gives joy with the flower and then the seed head. I must get some more of them. 

Thanks for the good wishes for my pain in the butt. I got into the physio today and she has given me acupuncture as well as a good bit of physio. Two more days of ibuprofen and then some gentle walking and she hopes I will feel much better. I have another visit diaried for next week.
