Happy Birthday Niamh

Like the cake? I MADE THAT. Tastes good too. Just sayin'

3 years old. I can remember when Niamh was this tiny little baby.
It's been a quick 3 years, but 3 wonderful and blessed years all the same.
Its amazing how having children completely change you. You realise that there's more to life other than doing what you want to do all the time. I still find it scary that I have two little people to take care of and its not the easiest task. It is however, the most amazing thing I have ever done.

My dear sweet, not so little Niamh. I really never knew what It was like to truly love someone unconditionaly until I became your mum. You've never failed to make me so proud. I love you more and more every day (even during your tantrums! ;-) haha ) Love you. x

Sean and I took Niamh and AJ to Edinburgh castle for her birthday treat.
She loves Castles so was very very excited. Even though I grew up just outside Edinburgh, I've never actually been inside Edinburgh Castle. SO BIG. Def worth the money so, should you ever come to Scotland it would really be worth a look :)

Niamh was so spoilt on her birthday but she was worth it...

She also had a get together at soft play on sunday with her 4 closest friends and we all had a blast. I love that now Niamh and her friends are that little bit older, they no longer need a little nudge to go wild at soft play. So while of course we played, we all got to sit, drink coffee and juice and chat as we watched our little ones play. Put it this way, both kids slept very well! :-) x
