Another Monday meltdown

Dreadful day. Not even my walk cheered me up. 
If I could withdraw from this promotion process I would. Alas, I cannot. 
I'm stressed to the point of tears. 
Tomorrow will be better as I've decided to put it all to one side and out of sight and deal with it next week when actually back at work.

My niece is in hospital today too. She needs surgery on a very bad abscess. Fingers crossed that goes well.
