Finally

Finally the rain has eased.  We couldn’t believe our eyes this afternoon when we realised that it had actually stopped raining.  For the past few days we have been averaging over 3 inches of rain in our rain Gauge with no relief in sight.  It was wonderful to go for a walk along Shipley Road for the first time since we had arrived home from Victoria just on a week ago.  
I took this image of the magnificent Mountain Ash, it was fantastic to be out there on the road again.
