Caple Church
Day 363 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic. First UK Vaccine 105 days ago. England in lockdown. Wales partial lockdown.
A lovely sunny day, I needed to return an item in Ross on Wye (Herefordshire) and afterwards went for a drive to discover the countryside in the area. After driving through a stunning country park alonside the River Wye I ended up in the hamlet of How Caple. How Caple Church called St Andrew & St Mary (13th century) is in a stunning location next to 17th century How Caple Court. It was open and I went inside.
The blipfoto shows the church and Caple Court which is now a Wedding venue and a cafe open to the public.
Good news received today that our planning application to build a conservatory has been approved after six months in the system.
