Tea
As I was born in the south of England, and J is definitely Lancastrian we have long agreed to disagree about what time of day you eat the meal called “dinner”. To minimise any confusion we eat lunch and tea.
I have a book of recipes that I have cut out of various magazines and newspapers (along with scribbled notes from family and friends) and over the weekend I had a flick through looking for inspiration and a booklet from the guardian of soups and stews fell out. So I’m trying out the sausage, kale and flageolet cassoulet. Though they’re canelli beans as that was what was in the cupboard!
