Striding Out

I was out around 08:30 for my walk - lovely sunny start to the day, but I was glad of my fleece at times when exposed to the wind.

No such worries for the alpacas - two of them were out in their field, this one decided to move on to a new piece of grass and I caught it in motion.

The field that was recently growing sugar beet has been ploughed and today it was being sown with wheat (Zyatt variety) - see extra.

I spent a while in the garage chopping up cardboard boxes to fill up our recycling bin - so much stuff arrives in boxes these day the garage was getting overwhelmed!

Took advantage of the nice weather to cut the grass and hack back a few weeds and unwanted plants…
