The boiled egg breaks free

If I am working I always hard boil a few eggs on a Monday morning. I chop them and mix them with baby cherry tomatoes and a bit of mayonnaise.

Then I can just spread this on a slice of bread in the morning and no need to fuss.

Today's shoot was a harissa potato traybake. Very colourful, lively and delicious it was.
