I could not resist taking picture of this fennel & red blood orange salad. Believe me or not is so hard to capture anything orange. Ask any photographer.
I cleverly disguised it and blended in with other colours.
Just fermenting/marinating for later as a starter.
Thai Prawn curry for us and cheese loaded beef burgers for kids for tea.
