locked in love

Up visiting Mum for the weekend.
Went to the Museum of Liverpool and took Mum with us as she was interested in having a look around. She was thrilled with the display of the Overhead Railway memorabilia, particularly the carriage. She remembered travelling on it going to work when she was a young girl...think she enjoyed herself wandering round, we certainly did. It`s a fabulous place,
On our way back to the car we walked along the waterfront, all along the chain link fence are padlocks with the initials/names of couples written/engraved on them. Some have been there for a few years.
There is something similar in Italy on the gates outside the home of Juliette (as in Romeo and Juliette)
