Easter Bunny Crumpets

I don’t know how they had the nerve to brand that as such as they had a sell-by date of 22March!!
They were novel though and tasted scrummy. I bought the tiniest block of butter imaginable to go with them and will save the rest for my first sighting of this year’s Jersey Royal crop :-)
