Weekly weighin tonight @ FatClub. 3lbs off with 8lbs to target yeah. Even better bought their new book A Taste of Asia. Oh my it looks delicious and contains quite a few dishes which I would normally choose when ordering a Chinese. Hope they taste just as good or even better than a takeaway.
