Smoked Chilli Jam

While smoking some lamb shanks for dinner we smoked some chillies too. This afternoon I put it altogether to make a chilli jam. As I have an allergy to chillies I have to wear gloves when cutting the chillies and keep my nose out of the steam when it boils. Thankfully Teach dies the taste test! And it's a pass!
