Very tasty indeed

This morning , after pegging out the sheets and towels I did some baking to take to the bach for Easter. Afghan Slice, shortbread (James Seath's recipe from his bakery days at Kirkaldie just over a hundred years ago) and Chelsea Winter's Lockdown Loaf, seen here. You'll find it on her website.
Then a large family size batch of green bean ratatouille. I added creamed spinach and Dr D looked sideways at the resulting colour, but I know it's very tasty. He'll just have to shut his eyes ; ))
