Peace
As the sun descended behind the trees, geese, ducks and cranes, each let out their rallying calls to return to wherever they should spend their nights. I spent the last half hour watching and listening as the sky turned slowly pale yellow, then light magenta, reflecting its glow across the lake surface. A flight of early swallows skimmed the water performing aerial acrobatics, always a joy to see.
Extra: Last Rays.
