Socially distant walk

Met up with a socially distance walk today with one of my friends and Nala.
Was a lovely day, warmish to begin with then got quite cold rather quickly.
Think i went too far as now I am really suffering I just wish this pain would go away as it is 7 days a week 365 days a year :-(
