It’s been a while since I blipped a lockdown loaf but here we go again, apologies. It does look better in close up though; I think my sourdough starter needs a bit of a boost again because the rise was almost non-existent. But it tastes good which is really all that matters.
I passed on the allotment and any other sort of physical activity today. Both elbows are hurting and liberal applications of Deep Heat mean I smell like Bazooka Joe. So I stayed home and blipped bread.
