Stepping up

Wanted to focus today's blip on the steps on the Square as steps have been a big feature of my day at the office.

I think I've said before that my office is on the third floor, 88 steps up from the ground, and I do those 88 steps between 6-10 times a day. Well today I did 11x88, which is a record, yay ! I actually did four lots in one go as I went down for a coffee, forgot that I had no credit on my card (the coffeeshop is cashless), so went straight back up and got some money, came down, got my coffee and went back up again = 352 steps :) It's a big deal for me because three years ago I couldn't walk anywhere, let alone up a handful of steps without considerable pain.
