A Double Walk Day

I had a 9am blood test appointment in Swansea this morning - the hospital is opposite the beach, so blood test days are very welcome! Managed a 3 mile walk and a sit in the sunshine.
This afternoon we went out again with Mr M’s mum and took her up the hill opposite our house. She’s been working on her fitness, doing laps of her bungalow every morning! It’s really paid off because she wouldn’t have been able to do this walk a while ago. She loved it.
Today has probably been my best energy day since starting the chemo. I have a small window of opportunity before the next one on Tuesday!
