There are record rainfalls to the east of us all along the coast. It’s cloudy here but the rain stops about 20k to the east as seen in this shot

We had planned a trip to Jenolan caves this weekend which you would be aware of if you read yesterday’s blip. Lucky we didn’t go as there are some land slips and the road is closed. Our second idea was isbi’s farm at Megalong. But their road in has been cut with localised floodwaters. Now the road into Megalong has been cut indefinitely. The road to Sydney is cut at Mt Tomah and Richmond. Isbi just sent me a photo of the road so she will probably have it as her blip today.

It’s lucky we stayed home.

I have too many pot plants. Today I was thrilled to give away 9 huge bamboo plants to our son and daughter in law. The bedroom in their new home overlooked the neighbours. Not any more. We loaded up the trailer and the job was done in no time. The main blip was taken on the way back into town from their place.
