Security and the NZ Army Band

5.45 AM this morning. All was quiet on the Northern Front and this security Guard was down on the street ensuring it stayed that way. The Boss thought she looked bored and wondered how long she had been there as he dropped off (snoring no doubt) the night before before the concert ended.(Bass booms and all ) Its his Lumix 220 on a tripod.....
The extra was the NZ Army Band and the one of the best 2 hours we have spent. They marched, they rocked, they did ballads, oldies, a dedication to Vera Lyn that had wet eyes everywhere and they sang and swayed to the music. It was a concert that we would have gladly paid for and it was free altho you did have to buy a seat ticket at $5.00. there are some very talented boys and girls in that band and apparently they travel the world. WOW we never knew that. (iPhone x)
