Spent all am in Derriford hospital waiting for renal consult to show up - finally did and had 5 min consult - blood test done results of PTH pending
Work - still finalising budget
Home - had bathroom first coat plastered and mike had done jackets for dinner - not me I'm fasting so cottage cheese for me!
Emma popped round for fasting book (another convert)
