Wild Garlic

I blipped the wild garlic just a month ago when it first appeared through the leaves.  This morning MrHCB picked a modest bag of leaves, and has promised to make me a Wild Garlic Risotto, one of our favourites.  As I make ALL our meals, this is a huge treat :-)  We'll go back in a couple of weeks' time to pick enough for Wild Garlic Pesto, which will last us the rest of the year.
