Shadows

It has been quite dull this afternoon so weatherwise the best time for a walk today was in the morning when the sun did put in an appearance..

The absence of cars in Pollok Park today meant that I only had to watch out for cyclists and there were plenty of those.travelling at some speed.
Walking down the tree lined main driveway and with the sun in the right place there were some fantastic shadows. Once the trees are in full leaf again then shadows become very different. 

I did some tidying in the back garden, moving the bird feeder to its summer spot away from the flowering alpine plants surrounding the grass. 

All done and dusted and it was time for a cuppa and the Scotland v Italy rugby match .... good result for Scotland.
